My Emotional Plea to Our Leaders!
Come on Congress, Judges, Local Senators, Law Enforcements and Lawyers. You are here to protect the Citizens of the United States – To Protect and To Serve. We need help in the sadistic world of perpetrators who came to harm and kill Good Citizens of the United States. They need to be off the streets wherever they are hiding at – just like any other criminal because they are criminals, sexual perverts and rapists. If they are doing electrical harm to men and women, you know they ARE harming children! You need to JUST DO IT – as my pastor has put it. And get these non-productive perverts off the streets and hideouts, PERIOD!
There is no time to be playing around with this type of technology being used on people just for the fun of it. People already have been killed by this technology for no one to figure it out that this KILLS! We are dying out here for no reason. That’s unacceptable for this to last as long as it has! How long do we have to wait for someone to take the initiative to do something about this problem? You all have the authority and the rank to do something and to help all of us out of this hellish venom that was placed upon us. There is NO good reason for this to happen to NO ONE! This is your time to show what you’re really made off for the good of the people who trust in YOU! Otherwise, that trust is gone. We need respectable heros; we are tired of seeing pretentious so-called heros that do nothing. So Put The Crown On And Get Going or else we are going to be sending you more letters and speaking face to face! We need a serious bill to be passed with extras. The upstanding citizen has spoken!
Hello Everyone! 
In this cruel world of our some people created for everyone else seems to be out of control. Everyone knows about the daily crimes that permeate our streets all the time – includes hate crime, murder, forcible rape, robbery, property crimes and aggravated assault. Law enforcement, the government, lawyers, doctors, psychiatric and people in general cannot keep up with this new technology that is generating havoc on citizens. However, a new technological crime wave have crept up without know one knowing about it. It has just blinded and fooled everyone and it’s now here among us. It’s called Electronic Harassment and Gang Stalking – the one that does it all.
As you may or may not know, Electronic Magnetic Harassment is a secret crime wave (which is really not new) that perpetrators use to stalk/torture their victims for some wrong or vengeance they perceived the victim has done or the “get even” syndrome at the victim they hate.
The weaponry they use is not a gun – it is a technological gun of non-lethal direct energy. Non-lethal weapons is a broad category which includes devices for beaming various kinds of energy at human target in order to temporarily incapacitate them, or to control or affect their behavior while minimizing fatalities, permanent injury to victim. These people hide from their targets, YOU ARE ALWAYS UNDER A MICROSOPE; BEING WATCHED EVERYWHERE YOU GO. THEY WILL GO AS FAR AS WATCHING YOU (REMOTE VIEWING) INSIDE YOUR HOME FOR VOYEURISTIC PURPOSES. I am also being view inside my house from every angle, every room I go into including the bathroom and also going to bed and changing my clothes. The perp will make it known that I’m being watched. For physical position for targeting purposes is done by imaging methods — infrared imaging, based on the heat generated by your body in comparison to your surroundings, radar imaging (bounce-back signals), and acoustical imaging, which distinguishes between bone and flesh densities. Put them all together, feed the data into a high-speed computer program, and an image is produced, which obviously is the basis for targeting.
I hear that this is a perfect crime for perpetrators because it perceives the victim as going crazy, not telling the truth, schizophrenia, etc. which isn’t so. To the perps it’s an easy crime to get away with. You have to realize that this is a crime just like every other crime. These perpetrators are men and women who are sadistic rapists, molesters, killers, stalkers, robbers, etc. and must be dealt with just like any other rapists, molester, stalkers, etc. They even go as far a touching children. That really makes me angry and sick to my stomach!
I think that the medical institution need to re-evaluate the mental patient because they probably was telling the truth which they perceived were being touched or harassed in some way by direct energy – Electronically!

Okay, I cannot believe I am reading this stuff …in detail of what is happening to me. Even though the name of this that you have marked it as seems even more crazy, but the details / synops / description is right on the nose. I am serious. I cannot believe and have been looking for something anywhere to justify what I am going through.
But as I read on to the other replies , then I get detoured with their findings of them going through the same thing, then I get discouraged.
Please let me know more info about this situation, I am at the verse of “committing suicide ” just to get relief.
These people really have me thinking I am crazy and when I talk back to them, about “insane” this all it of what they are doing….

Im sorry, but can people who reply to me, please understand that what I am describing is real BUT by means of people (criminals) who have an unknown device that are intruding on others in their home and committing crimes (such as rape, robbery and murder) where no one (officials) will know how or why it baing done other than the mentallity of these criminals in creating havoc and personal gain by mental intrusion of the person being picked for their crime.

I am victim of this same sort of attack. The public information about these secretive advanced remote technologies is scant. The fact that these attacks are happening can be substantiated because the targets are also victim of organized stalking, ongoing theft, character trashing, and more.

This has been ongong for me since at least 1998..I am watched and stalked 24/7..my hoe is entered while am away and the enitre senior citizen apt ocmplex here in dayville,st is part of it,fromthe manger on down.
I am ocnstantly getting threats,havingmy car alarm set of only to have to disarm it at nite and be encounteered by the very ones who set it off,with more threats toward me.

For those getting those nasty stinging or electrical shocks a magnified mirror placed over the affected area with the reflective side facing away from you will bounce the signal. You will find the stinging will stop and move to another area. I discovered this after being constantly stung in the side while driving my car. The signal was bouncing off my drivers side mirror and hitting my side. If I turned my mirror out so it wouldn’t reflect on me the stinging would stop then move to my back. Place a mirror behind my back with reflective side out it would stop. A mirror wall tile with a couple of small 10x or 5x suction mirrors (available at your local dollar store) attached to it can have a nice return to sender effect with a little practice. My experience is that this stuff is being directed from a neighbors house or person stalking you when you are away from home. Remember the walls and floors of your house provide no protection. Hi there.
Can you please help me with this. My story sounds bizarre and I haven’t been believed/listened to by authorities and medical professionals. I know that I have been followed to my new residence in the Bay of Plenty as I have experienced some of the below on a milder scale and less often.
History – 1980′s My brother Micheal was found dead in the shed with a bullet wound to the head at the family farm. Police tried to say it was suicide and I have found this to be odd. The court ruled accident but I feel things have been covered up.
2001- My father Ian Beveridge died of cancer and my daughter and I then moved into his farmlet home. As time went on we had prowlers knocking on windows and doors, moving items around, swapping items for similar ones -then changing them back, much was done inside the house to indicate they got inside regulary and we also felt watched most of the time. The prowlers learnt how to get past the camera I had and the alarm wasn’t a problem to them either. Things got worse as time went on- especially once we started to dig the creek. I am someone that is very sensitive to chemicals – I soon realised we were being poisoned and had many tests done to prove this but nothing showed up. Because my chemical senstivity is UN RECOGNISED by the medical profession they are trying to right me off as nutty, phobic, paranoid. I certainly am not nutty and continue to try to get help and have even tried overseas. I feel my fathers cancer was caused from chemical poisoning(so is really SILENT murder) At least 4-5 other cancer/brain illness deaths happened in a close proxcimity to the property- all within a 3 year time span. We also(including our dogs) experienced being electic shocked and I have done research to prove this can be done from a distance and through walls. The effects of this can numb you so much that you cannot move. Things done were more directed at me than my daughter. I can taste and/or smell high chemical prescence when others often can’t. I can tell the difference between low and high or constant volumes. At the farm I have even gone unconscious in my bed from it and at other times I would be in bed and feel the stuff come in, and even though I had the phone in my hand ready to call the police, the effects of the stuff cut off my ability to react. I would then awake in the morning. I have witness statements to some things and a guy wearing dark overalls had been spotted on the farm a few times, but never caught. I got very sick so we stopped living at the farmlet in 2005 and have since sold it.
I feel that what was going on, was very well orchastrated and well practised. I don’t believe that we are the only ones that were being poisoned, but the average person would be totally unaware as they are most likely not sensitive like me and the medical profession are not as skilled on this as you think. I have a diary of events .
I can only assume this is either a property scam and/or related to my brothers death. What was he into? Or what did he stumble upon? Did he know others were being poisoned? Maybe government –since reading your website.
Does any one know how to medically prove radiation?
I shudder to think how many others this silent murder may be happening to.
I hope you can help on this deadly murder scenario.

Can you please assure me that all of this is for real. I still have a problem with convincing that others are going through it too and Also the name of the whole thing as described is really un believable.
For I know it is happening to me and I know I am not crazy for other things happening (i.e., people knowing about it in my presence in the streets in the neighborhood I lived in , in Los Angeles, making comments about it for I have good hearing and laughing about as I pass them. I was kind of hoping I was crazy within, then that way I could get pills and it would be gone. This for real way there is no way to get rid of it or justify that it is happening for it being so w”way out there” and “unknown” to the world !!

Hi paula- Thats awful. from what I have read they can see through walls so always know where you are in the house. i have found this to be true. Yes the pain and the after effects can be lethal. the worst thing is the medical people ignore it as nothing seems to show up in the body. I have moved house and moved miles away each time but have been followed still. It is like they always know where I am. Sick people aye. Hello Wendy-Nice to hear from you. Do you really think they can see through walls? Well I think in my case they put a lot of stuff in my body witch is coming out. When im in bed in the dark my hands light up like electric static is on them. I do see a sticky substance on my skin that is very hard to get off. Also they tend to go for the private areas. On friday the April 3 they move he left a dirty note on my door. But im still getting the same affects. Maybe there is a chip on me i was told they do implants that’s how you can be found. Shielding can be accomplished with mylar emergency blankets (camping supplies) that are taped together with foil tape which is available in the heating and cooling departments. It may take more than one layer depending how heavy the mylar emergency blankets are. One assembled you have to ground it. A pre assembled ground clip is available at lesson emf or you can make your own. Remember signals can come through wall and floors. I have been harassed for several weeks now. I have had an intrusive thought, have had severe muscle spasms that put mt in the emergency room, chills, nausea, dry heaves, evidence of mindreading, and threats of a horrible death from every weapon they have, only to reduce heart rate and breathing so as to look dead but be awakened later and continued to be abussed (coma to waking up after being buried) I am terrified and believe this all started because one of my former neighbors hated me and wanted me dead.

P.S. I too have generalized pain and sharp pinpoints of pain as well as a foggy feeling in my head. All of this comes and goes quickly as if some one is flipping an on off switch. Also I have had changes in smells and odd taste of foods. I know tech has improved over the years that the public does not know about (or at least I have never heard of before) I get tingling sensations as well. This week has been very quiet thank goodness. Anyone have any of these symptoms please write

You know,we believe we have to put our minds together and figure this out. We noticed a few things about all of this. For one , we hear people saying that everytime someone goes to talk to a medical specialist /physician/police/ x-ray tech/law ,anyone in a higher power about this , you go to any of these people in these professions , you explain your situation to them and they seem to find you mentally ill or you have some thing called schizophrenia, etc.,which truly isn’t so.We were thinking alot about this , and we were wondering has anyone ever known/thought if any of these people in these professions ever got/became mentally ill or became schizophrenic? i mean in general,if these people are also human like we are , they would have to also be diagnosed of getting mentally ill and being schizophrenic .What if this is investigated to find out what the %s are that people in these professions ended up with these illnesses,or ended up in a mental home, that would truly give an idea of whats truly happening here. I mean if we are all human then why dont we here these people going crazy everyday , acting not wright/hearing voices/acting paraniod/experiencing situations, etc. Think about it, doctors/lawyers/police/ high power of medical /and law, you can count on some of the service/military people but not the higher power of the military ,they would also have to become mentally ill/or schizophrenic, which i bet it does not show that they have . We should really look this up and i bet you that most have a cure for this electromagnetic harassment scam going on here. when you are been targgted you must take a video all non-lethal weapons leave a foot print- when you have the video slow it down and you will see the prjectile – if you are looking for a weapon look for the prjectile fist- start and end your video at the same place in your room- keep all videos on a memoy stick- in my case they were using the telly so have taken out the screws and put them back in with supper glue so they cant have there toy back -

well read most of your complaints and I know what is going on. Most of these symptoms are caused by chemicals that are very strong and if sprayed by the ear causes ear aches. Or muscle aches and there isn’t a radiation device, radiation would cause burns, however a micro wave device could do it I think it is chemcials it is all caused by different chemicals. The reason the police arrant making any arrests is that their involved. I had this same exact symptoms that all of you mentioned and it continues. All caused and franchised by the police or government. The only way that we can stop these attacks is a class action suit against the government. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. Here is some information that might be helpful to you that you can take to the bank. You are Not being watched by pin hole cameras, you are being watched by “seeing and HEAR” spy satellite technology called HAARP that our government is lying to you and the public about, and about what it really does.
It “Sees” threw walls, floors, ceilings, clothing and threw skin. It also eaves drops into conversations, without wiretapping phones or bugging your homes, Apts, offices, or hotel rooms. If you feel you have shanked them by your second stop DON’T GO TO YOUR DESTINATION point because they know where you are going. Don’t give them any info (because they can hear you) before you leave, (like Aunt Martha’s house in Clinton Ohio, address 1301 Chattanooga Circle or anything). If you feel this doesn’t shake them, get more aggressive, like take The Channel, an under sea rail trains that goes from England to France, change your clothes before you get off and don’t talk to anyone, because they will recognize your voice! Same thing with the Seikan Tunnels under sea rail train in Japan.
And do not communicate with family, friends, and or coworkers ever again and only contact them through an untraceable cell phone (caller blocked) and do not give them your phone number, or any information about your whereabouts on the cell phone and do not register your phone in your name, or address, etc because they may decide to surveillance them for information about you and where they can find you again. If you feel your whereabouts may have been discovered, through the phone contact, throw the phone away, (or better yet, give it to a stranger) and change your name and your location again. Do not ever get back on this device again! If you feel at anytime your location is discovered, move, do not leave a forwarding address with ANYONE. Take your plane again. You can shake these SOB’s and don’t doubt it!
As for those who believe they are being poisoned (esp with no trace evidence) it is a subliminal message to your brain and this is what brings on the systems of poisoning and nausea etc, similar to poisoning. In some cases there maybe poisoning, but seek real proof, not speculation. I went through the same speculation at first, thinking I was being watched with pin hole cameras because I knew I was being watched (surveillanced) and my enemy surveillancers were watching everything I did.
But after years of searching the web for information I came a crossed the technology HAARP, and exactly as what was being described about it, was exactly what was going on in my situation. There is another aspect of this corruption, it has to do with the Sex Slave Trade and singling people out for this purpose esp through police framing people for sex under a pretense of arrest and not taking these people to the jail house but to places called sex slave site where they are sodomized and tortured, and executed by shooting them in the head, and later cutting their heads off with a chain saw, a tradition that has been going on in the sex slave trade primarily through the US Military for about 60 years now , that includes branches of corrupt police, sheriff and firemen involved in this corruption. It is now the third most profitable crime in America besides guns and drugs, each sex slave is sold for sodomy (an serious addiction they have) for $2,000 and person, which doesn’t discriminate men from women, if you know what I mean, they both have the same requirements. These victims are tortured and murdered, not one of these sex slaves comes out of it alive. I have been a target of the sex slave trade for 16 years now but because of God, angles and a few good COPS I am still here. I have been on this technology for exactly 20 years and I know my enemy(s) full name. I have reported and turned this individual(s) in to every law enforcement agency but to no avail. And because humans are only allowed certain powers and then giving them this technology (government agencies, those who are the one really to blame) they go crazy, because they are so weak themselves, and know how to tempt the unethical people, because they can relate and understand their weaknesses. These criminals suveillancers then start to believe after a while they are a god of some kind, like Zeus looking down on the mortals and manipulating (controlling) the mortals every move (its just an illusion) without being detected (or even so), (controlling and manipulating the people around you as well, through mind control and also tempting people through direct contact (conversation), telling them that they can benefit from this crime and are taken captive by this machine that are already controlled robots for the devil, (who is behind this all.)
It wasn’t until shortly later I found out about the hearing ability of this spy technology, (because I have indirect conversations regularly with these perpetrators and enemies of mine (and yours), and they don’t have to resort to using the mind control aspects of this technology as they do on other people because they know I know better. But yes I have fallen prey to this abuse, stealing thoughts and involuntary movement and now they have resorted to making me drool and spit esp when people are present to make me look like a fool! I have never done this before! And interfering with my speech abilities and make me stutter among other things and forget what I was saying, all at a turn of a switch. ( A black box the size of a small VCR with dials and switches on it, that is hooked up to a TV monitor, watching and listening to EVERYTHING, every word and action of yours and everybody else within a 30 yard radius of your location. Remember that movie Fallen with Densel Washington where the Devil was being transmitted through touch, just like that they can control the people around you with this technology, to bring about the effect they want, because people are generally mindless robots anyways and are walking in complete darkness, THEY do exactly what they are told to do with this technology and are also victims of this crime also, but theres one difference they have a free will and choose to obey the commands that are transmitted into their head, instead of the Commandments because it was, an still is, what they were thinking (and acting) all along, and cant say to themselves, that was odd, I had this awful thought going through my head to do or say something that was completely out of my character or against my standards and beliefs, because they were already doing these things anyways and is undetected, by them.

But to those of us who know better we know these (troubling, bad, etc) thoughts did not origin with us and are offensive, we who do not agree with them and try to resit the thoughts or temptations planted in our heads by them, but some times fail because of ignorance about the devil and his devices. ( It means walk in perfection in Gods word and the devil cant touch you!) Even if he tries every way possible. Keep in mind the Devil comes only but to kill, steal and destroy, if at all possible. But Jesus said, I came that ye might have life, and life more abundant. The Bible says resist the devil and he will flee from you, (He says) wash your hands you sinners you doubled minded, weep, wail and morn and through dust on your heads. (It means come to a place of repentance! Make yourself grieve over sin (error) you have committed, even if you don’t feel that way, God will do the rest, he will make a way), mean while, put on the full armor of God, so that you can stand against the wiles of the devil. In Ephesians 6:10-18 says: 10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints. The Bible says in 1 Peter 5:8-9 Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings. You are not alone. And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
There is a shanking taking place. In Hebrews 12:(27) (read the whole chapter), of those things that can not be shaken, stand steadfast. (The devil is alive and well on planet earth!) Jesus says: Do not be afraid, I’ve come to give you the kingdom! (Luke 12:23) he says “Seek you first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added to you! (Matthew Chapter 6) You cant do it alone, don’t not forsake the assemblies of yourselves together! The Devil wants to get you alone and isolate you, don’t do it!.

I saw your post and I’ve been target since last year and what I would say is only what I think by observation experience, so can be truth or not. I think perhaps is a machine that do the voices in air not real people talking and the talking in head the same because it’s a bit paste the speach. I think that perhaps it’s not real following in street or webpage exists I think the people near target are influence by psicological induzid sensation in body and then thought replication insertation, because what I have seen people don’t relate to the behaviour.
I think is a machine doing lot of things (of course is some “guys” in checking) and as the people influenced catch the sensation and the thought as being them then this happen. Knowing this help me. It’s only one idea I don’t have any proff about it. Hope it helps.

I have a bit more info, for now this is my “theory” about my situation. I think it might help to tell.
I think they control/influenced most of the people and the ones they can’t control/influenced they do the harassment, I think they believe than when people like us are controlled they have all (they don’t).
The world like I knew before doesn’t exist and people around me don’t believe that is happen. In streets “people” (projected voice) called me names, told me that I was better in facebook then live (lie – I think doesn’t exist) they influenced behaviour of people around me, many times I saw irrational behaviour in others and when asked people didn’t know explain and other times simple pass side. I think they don’t need nothing, people stalking and such because ordinary people do without notice! And things in my home were changed and I think this happen in two ways: they move objects at distance ( I catch one thing in one ocasion) and sometimes they project image so real, that let to think that exist, like I put something on a regular place, looked it’s ok and I didn’t put that thing in place (it’s some seconds of distraction, they catch them) and other times when I thought something was missing they can put another image or “hide” in another place. I ignore much of the moves or such. So I think is only highly technology, nobody call me names, nobody have truly a conscient behaviour of treat me in strange way. What I do now, is focus more everytime in what I do, forget what the bullshit I hear and see and focus in meditation to take care of the physical effects. Meditation helps a lot. Some pains are by induction of the brain I experience that, others physical. What I do is I don’t give as much feedback I can, because I talked something about the syntomes in three or four times and the machine catch and amplifies. I don’t talk much about them a less in third person or saying that some expert said and even this is few times than usual. At first I try somethings to protect my head and body then I saw that this was bullshit too, they pass the things then I thought God help me because I will leave all this and I’m in your hands (remember this is my situation). I control much of the feedback of the physical and I think they have there experience limited. I don’t sleep much but I rest in meditation.
They live in lies and I think if we ignore much we can and we will the force to win this. For me is a big plus to know that even in projected “dreams”, awake or sleep God is with me.
There machine have failures I notice that, was because of them and the meditation that I saw that was all lie. I think they need fear and psycological to do what they do, if we ignore much as we can, surrender to best vibe it will be the way to win this.

Hello Daphne! I know some things I said are hard to believe but put a interrogation mark. I have a “theory” for why we are being stalking. Is like this: with the process that I told you, insertion sensation, then insertation of replicated thought they see were they can go with a person. For example: in scale of 1 to 10 some individuals demonstrate through time in his life to be influence, ones until 5 in scale, others to 8, others to… erever the number – as they can be influence they don’t need to show themselves because they have some power over them, but… once they found out that they can’t influenced some then we are a little stone in the system (we are the stone), people that inconscious or counscious don’t accept replicated thought, the process starts. We are the exception in the system and they don’t want exception. Now I look to the past and I notice that some things were happen in that time but I didn’t pay atention to them, now I know. They do a detection early in life, made a working process slowly one there, then another, and when they notice that they can’t truly do the acception of thought replication in the individual, then full strick. If not bend the mind to almost anotice happennings, then let strick directly, try to bend the mind and try to bend the body to catch the mind.
One thing that happens with technology around me, is I have four people that saw anomalies in computers near me, I had a block of a trip three times without the submission page acception of data (I have a witness to this, that said like me that this can’t happen), anomalies in public phones and anomalies in webpages that I go. And all the other things that you know.
And I only know that this knowing that I say to you made changes in my life not a totally change but a seeing change.
They change the pattern because now they know that I don’t give a them about the saying, the changings, the things that they do, I only made as I can a observational perspective and everyday I pray to God and I know that He is helping all of us and He will win this.
Everytime I talk about, talk little and in the ways that I said to you, and said this too: when Julio Verne told that man will travel to the moon I bet some or most, thought that he was crazy, but that happenned. Then I say in some time the true will go at light and then they will say they were right!
You might be asking why I choose to write to you: one, was because you situation was the first I saw similar to mine and because I felt that was the right thing to do not only for me and you but for others, a feeling. So… if I have more I will tell.
I know God is helping all of us that are in this situation even because we have something different in us, a good thing, if we thought about this there was always in nature exceptions so…

Also I would like to mention that a person doesn’t have to have an implant to be followed/stalked or surveillanced, etc, this technology locks onto the victim like a fighter plane onto it’s target and continues to stay locked until they remove it. Its not under (or on) the pillow, or other places, its not a pin hole camera placed in your room, hotel, business, watching you thats placed inside or outside your home, office etc, it is satellite ground penetrating radar coming into your homes, looking threw your walls, etc, that SEES crystal clear and HEARS everything you say, do, think and controls everyone around you, esp those who do not suspect what is going on or even care, (some of these people like being told what to do and are little myrmidons, mindless robots, taking commands from the airways (influenced by probably everything)- and I am not taking about the targeted victim, I’m talking about unscrupulous persons they (the surveillancers) provoke, tempt, etc to do their dirty work for them,(if they had scruples they would not be doing such things.)
I have been a victim of electronic harassment and organized stalking for over 20 years. It took me some time to figure it out, at least to the point where I am at now, which a lot more then most people.
I used to live in San Diego CA a few months ago for about 7 years, but moved to Las Vegas in mid August 2009 to escape the corruption going on all over the city and county of San Diego and now it has followed me here.
This organized public stalking started in San Diego when I lived in the downtown area near Petco Park (Baseball Stadium) provoking the entire (yes the entire), community there with fabricated lies they (the surveillancers) made up about me, esp that I was slandering the city (of San Diego) and trying to destroy it.
A covert operation was set to invade my privacy (that was already going on), to assassinate my perfect character and reputation because I have been reporting there crimes, and a rape and murder conspiracy against me that was set up by the San Diego Chief of Police and police officers (the perpetrators, and a man named Steve Martinez, an ex police officer from Fairfield CA that has been following me around for 20 years making up lies as to why he is doing this), and the San Diego Fire Dept to slander ME, accusing me of doing the same to them to provoke prejudices and retaliation by the citizens there against me and as an excuse (so they say) to the invasion of my privacy in a hopes for gain (conspiracy-temptation), that they would become a society of gods that this Steve Martinez (behind this technology), has provoked and promised them if they keep the secret of their invasion of my privacy (illegal invasive text messages, (and word of mouth by the SDFD), that the mass public was (and probably still is) receiving (falsely) about me and my daily activity in details that where destroying and assassinating my character etc, that they received 30 to 50 (yes, 50!) times a day about me and my whereabouts, describing my clothing color, etc and what I would be buying at the store IN DETAILS, to confirm that he (as he claims) is a god and knows everything about me and is telling me what to do, (controlling me), as he tells them, and that he has the right to sodomize me (in front of other people and has invited others to do so in the community and elsewhere) because I was (supposedly) slandering the city, AND that I had told him that I was better looking than he is, ( I have never had any such conversation with this individual).
The reason I found out about his name and who he was and figured it out, is that I saw him in backseat of a Oceanside Police car ( 400 miles away from where I last saw him), stalking and harassing me and I recognized him as the Police officer who had illegally stopped in, (in his original home town), Fairfield Ca, where I used to live, where he and several other police officers were stalking, harassing and slandering me at daily, including the Fire Dept and Sheriff Dept, and has continued in every city and town I have been in for the past 16 years (about), and now it has followed me here. The police, I found out in Fairfield and in other city and towns, are sex slavery trafficking, abducting persons under a pretense of arrest (male and female), and I was a target of this sex slave trade, which I would love to go into details about but it is way to long to go into.)

Hello, I have been gangstalked and electronically harassed for over a year now….it all started when my last girlfriend named Sandy Williams who lives in Washington put a hacking network on my computer and I found it, so I called the FBI who didn’t really care anyway, but then she sent out the gangstalkers on me. Paul, my answer to your question pertaining to how to get away from the heat rays is: Try this, put yourself in a closet or small bathroom (its best to enclose yourself in a smaller room) then block out ALL light and put a blanket over your head and cover yourself as well as possible. The purpose of this is that I “KNOW” they can not see in UTTER darkness, so they cant locate you in the dark and they HATE looking through walls. Ever seen the movie Ghost? When Patrick Swayze hesitates to go through the door/wall, kinda creepy hu? Well they feel the same way. They can see and hear you right through the walls and can use this tech from miles away, their not next door to your room/House/Apt/Building with a microwave oven, this is done by satellite ground penetrating radar and can locate you anywhere, it tracks and locks onto the victim until it is removed by preps, no need for microchip implants. Another thing is to stand as close (ironically) to the wall as close as possible esp your head.. That may give you some relief. Keep in mind these devil worshiping slim balls don’t have any pity as most of you have experienced so don’t expect them to back off. Write back to us and tell us how well it worked.
If you find any relief from this I suggest you place a home made head board made of thick wood, 12″ over your head that extends out a foot and a half over your bed (like a over hang visor) that covers you head area and if possible of metal. They can not penetrate through 3-6 inches of metal, but where ya gonna get the metal.
Also I heard if you surround yourself with mirrors (you can buy some plastic adhesive types) it reflects the rays. Good luck.

Another suggestion I would like to make is that you can video tape these electronic attacks, so as they burn or abuse you in anyway, get your camcorder out and nail theses B**tards.
I have this thing going where they make me drooling or spitting (I never drool or spit ) or they make me stutter and even say words of the opposite of what I was going to say, like if I want to say he, they will make me say she, to make me look like I am accusing someone else etc.
It’s really strange as you well understand, and then they have resorted to make my face twitch, esp under my eyes and my lip quiver to make me appear to people (or to themselves) as if I am afraid (I am very brave, to give a false impression of who I am really to the public, setting me up to make me look like an easier target to cowards, because I believe these preps are jealous of me (and maybe even you!) Or my finger or body parts will involuntarily twitch (move) or my foot will, some of these things can be recorded and if you put an narrative on it to clarify what has been happening before the actual harassment and abuse (burning) etc occurred, on that day, hour etc, you have evidence. Producing evidence on a video is better evidence in a court of law than any word of mouth. Include the date and time if possible, (like briefly video tape the news, esp news flashes on CNN or something).
Say I am a victim of electronic harassment (and put it on the web) and these are the events that are taking place, time and date, if previously you were not burned etc, then video tape that and then afterwards. This could end up being a good defense against your perps to back off, since you will have evidence of their actions and the existence of the evil technology they are using and abusing you with. In fact tell them “out loud”(because they can hear you!), (when no one is around or if the persons near by knows what is going on), that you are going to report this and turn them in and expose their government corruption and that evil technology they are using on you! They may get the message esp if you follow through right away. They might make you feel complacent about doing this, with mind control, or get you all tied up in other matters (a tactic they use) to side track you, but know their devices and stay on track and follow through with your threat so that when they decide to do it again they will know you mean business and that there are consequences for it, which most if not all perps think there isn’t any, because nobody knows what is going on because they are invisible to others!
Keep in mind they have a mind control devise, but greater is He who is in you, then he who is in the world and resist any interference (in your mind with intent) by them, that they may try to do, (if you have not noticed this interference before, pay attention!) and do this in the name of Jesus if you believe. If you know the tactics (devises) of the enemy (the devil -the perps), (this is a satanic attack by the devil by the way), you will not fall for his/ their tactics. Not by (your) might, not by (your) power, but by My Spirit, saith the Lord! Keep in mind, the more knowledge you acquire about your enemy, the more power you will have.
I’m myself am video taping them harassing me, twitching my face, eyes, mouth etc that is very obvious on camera and it is very strange to see and abusive. Some other things you cant video tape but can show what your responses are to them. Then take them to a lawyer first and then police and if they wont hear you, take it to the media and if they wont hear you take it Capital Hill, with other peoples similar experiences with the same violations, they will have to take action. Contact the City, State and US Attorney Generals Office with other similar cases.
This electronic abuse is treason against our country. Did you know that if you or someone else commits an act of violence etc against a US citizen it is considered treason, and that carries the death penalty! Someone out there will listen to you.
You can even video tape people following or abusing you or are giving you dirty looks, for no reason, (they will probably back off if you are holding a camera in your hand), to prove people are involved in this cause stalking etc.
I am sorry to say but this abuse, totally P’s me off, to hear about all this abuse you are all going through and I wish I could do something about it to stop it.
All I can advise you to do is seek allies, even if you don’t like them, just for the purpose of getting them to do some investigating for you, (you can possibly get to the source of the problem doing this), you never know you might become friends with them after that. Or don’t tell them the real reason you want them to do it since they are reluctant to cooperate if they know, or say, go and ask that guy or girl what he or she is saying about me but don’t do it in front of their face.
If you cant buy a camcorder, you can buy a digital camera to make short videos and down load them to your PC) or rent one or buy a used one at the local pawn shop or from your local newspaper classified adds, or place an add for one, maybe stating your situation, like cause stalk victim needs to rent, barrow (or buy) camcorder.

Hi,
I got stalked after i dumped someone. A lot of it was through yahoo messenger. There are pictures of a man who was terrorizing me at fenix1975.webcamplanet.com. As you can see it is a man, who will not show his face, handling files. He has a right on his left ring finger. There is a lord of the rings poster in the back left background. He repeated back to me some of the things i had written on my journal site that I had deleted. He asked me what was going on and I told him I had dumped someone and immediately after that I was getting stalked online and in real life. There was discussion of my medical history, and tons of harassment. People also came into my workplace, and my workplace was graffitid. The stuff that was said to me was, “Genocide should be brought back for you.”, “I like to play with puppets, you will be my first.”, “I like to experiment with men.” Fenix1975 also asked me if i had considered homosexual acts, called me a patsy, and told me I was my own “pen-ultimate”, enjoyed using big words, and also enjoyed discussing the social hierarchy of Lord of the Rings. This all happened in April 2008 after 2 1/2 yrs of intense online and real life stalking. The perpetrator’s heritage was Eastern European and had a name ending with -sky, a Russian sounding name, from -aia ending, a sephardic jewish name part of falling into apostasy. Anyways, back to Fenix1975, at the end of the conversation he told me, “You are dismissed” it was very odd. After he told me he was more important than the FBI I asked him who he worked for repeatedly and would not answer me. The next day, I was driving down a stretch of interstate and 2 helicopters approaced my vehicle in a zig-zagging motion. The helicopters were the small light-weight 2 door crafts and were Red and Maroon. One passed directly over my head, my likely applying an aerosol while the other hovered off my driver side window. When i passed in front of the helicopter, i felt a very strange feeling in my head and throughout my body. I now have a mark slightly smaller than a dime, consistent with that of a beam weapon directly in the side of my head. Prior to the attack, someone in a moving vehicle going in the other direction had taken a photo of my vehicle i believe to identify my vehicle correctly during the attack. I researched every possible Fenix1975 and I have come to the conclusion that this attack was part of some involuntary human experimentation involving behavior modification to which no one is willing to help. The fenix1975 research led me to the name Simone Massidda. I googled S. Massidda and i believe this man to be a scentist and researcher involved in involuntary human experimentation through the Office of Science and Technical Information. I came to this conclusion after reading many of S. Massidda’s works about electromagnetic research and all sorts of spectrum ray analysis on diferent chemicals and cells. I believe I have come to the correct conclusion and by identifying S. Massidda as the same individual in the picture located at fenix1975.webcamplanet.com. I need assistance in finding this out and then what avenues to pursue. If you are a victim of thi crime. I recommend starting with the Office of Science and Technical Information an office of the Department of Energy.

I’m also a victim. My stalking started online. Someone claiming to be my ex-boyfriend stalked me online and organized stalking for 4 years. The electronic harassment has been going on since the beginning but they changed it from harassment that may have been synthetic telepathy to electromagnetic attacks.

When the telepaths take control of your mind, you can actually feel when they enter and leave your body and brain. While asleep, they get to pin you on the bed or sofa and you have to struggle to snap out. During this entire time while you are asleep struggling to snap out, you may actually hear the television if it is on or the kids playing outside the house. But you cannot snap out and wake up. The physical and mental pressure becomes just too much. At times, I literally fight with them while asleep, hurling names at them, names such as “devil worshipers; why do you only come when I am asleep?, cause you are weak; go away!”.
They claim to trust in God but I believe that they are a product of witchcraft cause of the things that they do. Their victim cannot rejoice in inner achievements and prides as they try to make you feel that you have not achieved much or feel that other people are better than you. Diaries and plans become a public affair.
I thought they would leave if I left the bank but was surprised to see that up to now, I do have to spend sleepless, open and public days and nights. I also noticed that they would move in as neighbours and use me as the telepathy target practice for their kids.
How do you outsmart these psychics? The CID and police in Kenya could not help and they suggested that I try prayers. The telepaths are real. Most people would assume that telepathy is schizophrenia. How do I stop them? What could they possibly want? I have even decided to convert from Christianity into something else. Please help stop this mental torture.

The ironical thing is that I mostly forgot the tasks that I did during the week. 2 days before losing my memory (Thursday); I tried to resign from the job for which I was later hinted to as being a garbage collections manager in a national newspaper. (A presumed symptom of schizophrenia is someone thinking that someone thinks he is famous.) I believe that I may have been drugged in the banking hall. I eventually remembered what went on at the banking hall that week. I was screamed at by a manager “work, work, work, why do you think we are paying you?”, yet the schedule said that I was to be trained, they were going through my stuff, we had a party and other things. However, I ended up screaming at the banking hall which I believe was an effect of the drug they put in my tea. Some of the employees were making weird sounds at me and repeating certain actions (which is what people are currently doing in public). I considered and still consider it to be a form of mental torture as this causes me to get anxiety attacks wherever people do make these sounds or perform these actions.
3. I took a psychometric test and exit interview that was later abused by the bank. The tests are mandatory; every employee has to take them before being given a job by the bank. These tests require one to fill in personal information like the things that you like and have or even fear. The bank identified the things that I hate and fear and deliberately expose me to them. They would print T-shirts out of them.
4. I was ill. I had a cold that would not heal, a skin infection and dandruffs. They went ahead to publicize these facts by telling the public to sneeze when I pass them, scratch their noses and scratch their bodies where I had the infection and scratch their heads to indicate the dandruffs. This has been going on for over a two and a half years… I believe it is a form of brainwash whereby they expose you to certain situations and force you to learn to think in certain negative ways when you see the public doing such things. They are meant to ensure mental torture. I end up fighting with some people cause of these actions. With time I have noticed that I tend to get psychologically tortured when people even scratch their nose or backs even accidentally. These actions have left me with a mental problem that I did not deserve to have.
5. Once at work I found that my wallet had been destroyed and torn totally. I suspect that Alice, the Records management staff used to go through my stuff and was behind the tearing. I took the wallet home to keep it as evidence but it later disappeared confirming my suspicions that my keys were being picked at the office and my house visited without my consent when I was busy working. 6. They have pictures of I and my boyfriend having sex. We used to masturbate as part of our sex life with my boyfriend and since I joined Stanchart, I have never ever walked in public without at least 2 people placing their hands between their legs and scratching indicating the whole act. I was later sent to see a professor of psychology at the Kenyatta University, a Doctor Peninah Ndambuki who told me to stop watching pornography with my man. I have noticed that people around me have been using cell phones for electronic attacks, and I found a website on the net that sells cell phone jammers for about 100 dollars. Anyone know if this would help?

I just moved into this apartment and they have been breaking in every day, I’m sure the grounds manager knows about this because I believe they setup my apt to have fiberoptic video survellance andaudio as well even before I moved in. I started getting sprayed with this stuff that made my skin burn and I believe they put tubes down in the floor trim and the walls, so I taped the floortrim where there are gaps, and I spackled the walls where there are holes. It helped, but they are managing to get in every night when I am sleeping and I even have motion sensors and every door and most of the cupboards are locked . I don’t know if anyone has ever noticed this, but I think they install hidden walls or something like that that can only be opened by remote control, and the reason I never wake up is because they must use some form of rf device to keep me asleep. I am a Christian, born again and as Jesus is Lord… what JG wrote about his experiences I have experienced too. Electronic Harassment since the week before Thanksgiving at my home in Nashua, NH. It drove me out of my home. I went to stay in hotels and NH and MA and was hit with electronic harassment there also. I moved to Rancho Bernardo and I have been hit with electronic harassment here as well every night and sometimes day. My mother has experienced the head pain from EH too. Prior to this starting around 4/09 in Nashua, NH I was gang stalked 24/7, had my car and home vandalized, had numerous “almost accidents with charging vehicles into the path of my vehicle. Had a lesion froze off my head due to the electronic harassment. Had to move out of my home and put it up for sale. Have since found the patents for microwave hearing and remote neural monitoring online and they go back to the 1950′s and 1970′s. Have also found the accounts of 2 NSA whistleblowers online who came forward to testify that this technology was being used on American citizens. I understad the monitoring with the brain fingerprinting and remote neural technology in this day of global terrorism…. but it is a huge violation of privacy. But the torture I have endured – why? I don’t understand that. Who is responsible for the oversight of this satellite technology and how and who is using it?

I am a targeted individual since 4/09 where is started in Nashua, NH with gang stalking, vandalism and followed me to multiple hotels in Chelmsford, MA and Salem, NH and then followed me to Rancho Bernardo, CA. I don´t think it´ll be your neighbours that are inducing strange thoughts in your mind. Neither do I think it´s a mere ray gun that is being used to electronically harass you-
The mind control aspect sounds like V2K referred to as voice to skull, which will relate to a much more sophisticated technology than your neighbours have at their disposal. Don´t retaliate as your neighbours have nothing directly to do with it. That´s just a ploy. Your neighbours may be part of the plan but that is just to goad you and get you to retaliate, and then you become the criminal. Then on the other hand, it could be the V2K technology which is inducing a psychotic state within your mind and that your neighbours are completely innocent of any involvement. These are two distinct possibilities.
As for the electronic harassment, there are so many directed energy weapons that use radio waves, microwaves, lasers, etc. that it would be impossible to tell. But it wont be a simple ray gun next door. It´ll be from a remote location so that you will never know who is responsible or what weapons they deploy. I´m afraid that´s the sad truth.
The police won´t be able to help. Indeed, you´ll just make the situation worse than it is at present if you confide in them. Nobody can help. I like you am condemned for ever to an invisible electronic prison. It´s scandalous but it´s true. Don’t worry about the death threats though. That´s all part of a strategy to break you down bit by bit. They won’t kill anybody as they aren’t into that. It´s outside their ¨jurisdiction¨. You cannot be sure whether the government is responsible or not. Governments do this but so do many other entities. However, the perps will try to sensitize you the same way irrespective of who is responsible. The best way of responding is not to respond at all. Do the best you can do, if you can don’t change your life unless you want to, don’t move house, or daily, adapt as much you can and you are already winning.

I’ve searched the internet on information about implants. The first brain implant is said to have been in ohio in 1974 but there is nothing about who or how many or what happened to them. Why don’t you people come to the Los Angeles area and see how I am treated. I have the same issues. I am 34 years old and have 6 older siblings.There is a 16 year age gap between my next sibling and 1 year between each of them. I have a scar on the side of my eye opening that shows where I was cut open. My older sister (4th child) also has one exactly like it. I asked her about the scar and was told she couldn’t talk about it. My parents actually gave up their children into this experiment for money, at least in the beginning I believe. My family has military ties. My sister had someone control her body and noticed it at a young age from what I gather from bits and pieces. I believe I was sacrificed so she could lead a normal life. Everyone around me looks behind me or motions for me to look but I can’t move momentarily and acts strange all of the time. People make it seem like they are reading from a script when they talk to me…speaking very slow and squinting like they can barely see what they are being asked to read. I have always heard since childhood…”look at the writing on the wall” for all kinds of reasons. I no longer have any friends. I was laid off for over a year and even was involved in an auto accident with a person who works for the UCLA Mental Health Center.Too bad I couldn’t find his contact information after the incident. Maybe he gets paid to participate in these activities since he was driving a BMW and acted very strangely when I got out of the car and never contacted me after the incident. I also have what looks to be an implant in my molars. I have asked everyone in my family about my scar and teeth (which are very crooked) and have been told that they know nothing. I have been to the police dept. many times with this and told them I believed it was the cell phone, and did not know it was to this extent, until I kept doing my own research and joined forums of Gang stalking/community stalking. This person has also threatened pornography with my 15 year old daughter and is using spy equipment and has actually electronically raped me and used some type of chemicals or it may be real, that smells like feces, urine, and other chemicals, possibly drugs through electronic transmission and/or receiver. I have talked with my family but they don’t understand what is going on as well as friends and my pastor.
I too, suffer in silence, but GOD is my comforter and this is pushing me to the point of wanting to start my own business with educating the community, the Police force, parents, churches, etc. about the various ways people can stalk you and what to do about it and where to get assist. Also what high tech gadgets that can help you. I have been so frustrated that no one understands not even the Police Dept. I am being electronically stalked & harassed. I have every symptom, the voices, the ears ringing, can’t rest, constantly followed, every conversation. This is being done by a guy on I went to high school w/ reconnected on FB, started texting, thought we were going to perhaps date, only to find out, He^ is a Satanist, posing as a Christian, sending EVIL to me, knowing my every move, however He^ lives 3 states away. Once I realized the spiritual side of it, it has now come to light the electronic part of it. Mind Control, Wanting Full Control of Me, memory loss, voices telling me to call him, then He^ hates me, it is constant. It is 24/7 harassment. Trying to block my memories, sexual things while I sleep, finger motions why I sleep, total mind control. I am a Christian and believe in the Authority of Christ the electronic harassment is 24/7 and started way before I realized it. I pray for all of us going through this. I am getting threats, high frequent ears ringing, bugged…

Thank you Marie, that God bless you too. Appears that one of the things is used is manipulation of perception (the body communication is electric impulses), they want to put fear to try to influence subconscious and break the person. Be very rational, analise everything you can and never give any power to them. God is the Mighty, deliver your being to Him. No fear, cold mind, pray regularly to God to show you the true and have the much patience you can. I do think too that the program is step by step before we know rationaly. Spirit rules over everything, is this way I think, and is this faith that gives me force to continue. Do the best you can, take care of you, you are precious, you are daughter of the Mighty God.

I am sorry everyone but my situation has nothing to do with the gov animals, sensors of energy.
My situation has to do with a device of some sort (that I dont know ) where some indiividuals (criminals some work some dont) and their friends “sheep” who hide their secret crime so no one will tell and ruin whatever good thing they have going.
They seek ppl who they can do different crimes to (rape rob or whatever suits their need at the time) . Sometime you can hear them thru feedback. I guess you have to have good hearing or something b/c I tried to get my son to hear and nothing so he thinks Im (crazy). I guess my reception of hearing is louder..
This device they can intrude into your life (home other environments) not sure. and since they know I am aware they have stuck to me like glue in order to irritate the “fuck” out of me and ruin to no end within my self b/c they know i cant do anything about it .
It has been a lot of yers thus far and I am at my wits end.
Cant find any help or no one to help, so I ENDURE …
If anyone has any info that is close to mine. Please advise !!

Im just afraid that i will get rid of myself to get rid rid the noise and ppl participating. It is hard to endure. I has has already been forever already.

i just cant believe that the ppl who know will not help they are loyal to their criminal friends and give a damn due to it not being their lives that it is effecting !!

What do you mean mirrows?? The harrassment started for me 15 years ago while i was living in an apt. ironically called [Quantum Properties] I did find out if i was charged with bad ions,….by grounding your feet and using a low voltage electric current,… it would exponge them. BUT…. then they would get pissed i did that, they would fill me up with more ions than before

I understand there is demanding every day but we have faith in good, I have the same feeling that yesterday was already late to solve this but we have to go looking forward, it’s our life, we deserve hope, spirit, creativity, quality life, they don’t want to, but we deserve is our birth right – our free will. You do not need to loose you, sometimes is only try to remember that when things get heavy you need to put a distance about situation, a defense and at the same time protect your inside. I try to squeeze the little positive things and hope for the best, God is with us, but I have my days too, believe me!
Good for you. When I think I’m in a really bad moment, I try to remember that I’m doing my best, next time hope to do even better. Do research to know more, do meditation and pray to God.
I know… unbelievable this going on, but we never know if one of this days a light of conscience arrives in some persons, neverthless God is taking care of our situation!

Some evil people, notably those who will just do as others tell them to do without thinking why they are participating in such doings against someone who they have nothing against, but will still participate in such doings just to get themselves in the so-called earthly good books of those whose boots these gutless roaches lick. In houses, it happens by cars around honking at appropriate times or whizzing past at accelerated speeds at appropriate times corresponding to your normal living sounds and doings in your home, even during day, even with curtains drawn, even with dark glasses on your windows. This indicates that obviously there are microphones planted in the home and also infrared devices that can detect your slightest movements. Additionally, this happens in apartments too, when the other apartments next to you, or below you, or over you, use these devices against you, and then gang up together amid themselves to harass you using these surreptitious means of technologies and their ganging together. Furthermore, these matters are not repeat not happening without the knowledge or awareness of the so-called authorities who if you contact them, as has been noticed on more than one occasion will either pretend to be dumb enough not to understand you, or say such things cannot happen, or express their inability to help you, or suggest some other impossible ways. Oh MY Goodness Elena. Thanks YOU soo much for your words of wisdom. It is good to hear it back at me for I was beginning to wonder and was at my wits end in losing it with dealing with it all these years.
You are soo right, even though these people have been getting away with this hayness crime for soo long due to the others helping to hide them and their crimes, I was wondering if I will ever see the day of seeing them be held accountable and them seeing their lives being ruin from being caught.
I may be dead and still hoping it will done thereafter.

The doers of these evil deeds are more often than not your neighbors who will just jump into the well when someone tells them to, so to speak, i.e. they will just participate in such evil deeds against you even when they have no concern against you, just because someone else tells them to participate. They participate by allowing installing of electronic microphones and infrared devices and wall see through technologies from their homes pointed to your homes. This even happens in high-rise apartments. Then they will gang up together, either neighbors together, or their other bootlickers around, to indicate to you that they are listening or watching or can make out your every move or sound in your home or apartment. For instance, if you toss or turn in sleep, there will be loud door banging from around by other neighbors or loud car honking from streets outside and below. This is happening even in a high-rise apartment of 25 floors, when vehicles – cars, trucks etc, honk extra loudly at appropriate times even during middle of night with no traffic in sight, but the honking or door banging happens in tandem and corresponding to your living movements or sounds in your home or apartment. This also happens when they additionally watch your internet and see you typing these words as I am typing right now, and the ugly evil outside honks loudly for they do not want these deeds to be exposed. The neighbors play sly in that they will do any nonsense together with these outsiders so as to show that they are not doing anything, but it is obvious that they also do participate in these harassment during their earthly hours and additionally, it is they who have permitted installing these equipment on their side of the apartment in close vicinity to yours to enable such harassment to take place by ganging up with other neighbors and outsiders who have been told to do such harassment by others from near or far for no valid reason except to harass those who dare speak up about these illegal harassment and social evil. Hi,if i read this prior waht has happenex to me I would think you are all requiring medical help ASAP!When I look at it its not that far fetched and its VERY REAL.what I dont understand is many are being targeted now and the authorities of any sort are NOT the place to seek help!Silence and to get on with your life is the key,however we are all human and this is outragous and muderous.I dont understand why all these people dont help each other,what a big underground army and they teach us well?Hows we do it before people are killed.. my child was muderede and police want me dead,already they have tried to kill me and i cant tell a soul.Ive been getting evidence.Lets empower each other..they try and disinpower us..empower each other..plleaasee lets start instead of complaining?
