Critial question to the Dr., Researcher.
Q: Please read below. I sent an FOIA report and they said they didn’t locate any records on me. Why is this? I am being harassed by the weapons. Why can’t they find anything? I have pictures of electrical currents in the air, etc. Please explain. What should I do now?
A: The CIA shredded 30,000 documents related to MKultra experiments when congress asked for them in the 70’s. They won’t release them to you plus they use project #s to document the people not their names. They don’t play by any rules since they kill and cover up so many murders here in the US.

I want to know what targets can do to bring this out in the open. Is the average citizen utterly coved and terrified and therefore willing to ignore open torture and murder targeting their family, friends, church members, neighbors? It seems that there must be many very simple highly effective ways of getting at this. Please make suggestions. Have any targets actually killed their perps?
